Rosa Educational Research and Consulting is rooted in a commitment to advancing equity, cultural wealth, and student success across educational systems. Founded by Dr. Reyna M. Flores Medrano — a daughter of farmworkers, CAMP alumna, and scholar of college persistence — our work centers the lived experiences, strengths, and aspirations of students from farmworking families and other historically marginalized communities. Guided by research, storytelling, and culturally attentive practices, we partner with institutions, organizations, and educators to cultivate inclusive pathways that honor students’ raíces and empower them to thrive. At Rosa ERC, we believe that when we recognize and elevate the cultural and community assets students carry, we transform not only their futures, but the future of education itself.
